   Kalos Theory is a two-fold process that aligns a healthy self-image with a robust base line of fitness called “kalos form”.  Calisthenics, the art of using one’s body weight as resistance to develop physique, is the primary training method to accomplish this. Our program helps you figure out your "kalos form”, and then we help you write a theory which becomes your promise to yourself to achieve that goal.

 

   Our founder, Coach Sean, developed and practices this program and is on a mission to help one person at a time achieve "kalos form". Almost 20 years of athleticism, over a decade in dance, and nearly 8 years of coaching has prepared Coach Sean's expertise and knowledge base to passionately pursue this cause.
